What’s for Dinner?: May 30-June 3
Well, today is Memorial Day and we had quite a feast at a picnic hosted by my mom. Thank you, Millie! Last week went well as far as sticking to my proposed meal plan at the beginning of the week, but I was sick by mid-week and didn’t get to the rest. So, I’m fortunately starting to feel better and hope to cook as many nights as possible this week. We’ll have some carry over from last week and a few additions.
Tuesday: Chicken and black bean tacos with guacamole (cilantro from our garden!)
Friday: Working into the evening — no dinner at home
