What’s for Dinner?: June 13-17
Monday: Greek salad with falafel and pan seared chicken breast, romaine lettuce, kalamata olives, cucumbers, artichoke hearts and basil (from our garden!), topped with feta cheese and Greek dressing/balsamic vinaigrette, served with toasted pita from Pete’s Lebanese Bakery and strawberry caipirinhas (local strawberries purchased at the Lexington Co-Op)
Thursday: Giada De Laurentiis’ Chicken Scallopine with Saffron Cream Sauce with chopped veggie salad and watermelon for dessert
Friday: Heading to NYC and dining at Daniel Boulud’s DBGB Kitchen, among other places, per the recommendation of a trusted foodie friend!
